Fast and Effective Way to Obtain a Green Card with EB3 Visa.

If you’re a citizen of Bangladesh who dreams of living and working in the United States, obtaining a green card is an important step towards making that dream a reality. A green card, also known as a permanent resident card, is the official documentation that proves your authorization to live and work in the USA permanently. If you are a Bangladeshi citizen interested in getting a green card, you may want to consider applying for an EB3 visa.

What is EB3 Visa:

The EB3 visa is designed for skilled workers, professionals, and other types of workers who are not seasonal or temporary but intend to work in the US permanently. According to the U.S. Department of State’s Visa Bulletin, there are a limited number of EB3 visas available each year. For example, in 2021, the annual quota for EB3 visas was set at 40,000. It’s important to note that this quota is shared among all the countries that are eligible for EB3 visas.

In this guide, we will provide you with all the information you need to know about the EB3 visa application process and the requirements to achieve your green card.

Step 1: Check Your Eligibility: Before you start the application process, you should ensure that you are eligible for the EB3 visa. This visa is intended for workers who have at least two years of work experience or a job offer from a US employer. The job must also require a minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent.

Step 2: Find a US Employer: To apply for the EB3 visa, you need to have a job offer from a US employer who is willing to sponsor your visa. The employer must also obtain a labor certification from the US Department of Labor (DOL) that proves there are no US workers available for the job.

Step 3: Submit Form I-140: Once your employer has obtained the labor certification, they can             submit Form I-140 to the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on your behalf. This form is used to petition for an EB3 visa and must include information about your job offer, qualifications, and work experience.

Step 4: Complete the Visa Application: After the USCIS approves your Form I-140, you can begin the visa application process. This involves completing Form DS-260 and attending an interview at the US embassy or consulate in Bangladesh.

Step 5: Wait for Visa Approval: After your interview, you will need to wait for visa approval. If your visa is approved, you will receive a stamp in your passport that allows you to enter the US as a permanent resident. You will also receive a Green Card within a few weeks of arriving in the US.

Obtaining an EB3 visa can be a long and complicated process, but with the right preparation and guidance, it is possible to achieve your goal of living and working in the US.
